As a Mt. Pleasant native with degrees in Biology and Spanish from the College of Charleston (Go Cougars!), my path into real estate and mortgage lending wasn’t traditional—but it turned out to be the perfect fit. After graduation, I spent several years traveling the country in support of my husband’s military career. When his active-duty service came to an end, we knew Charleston was where we wanted to plant our roots, so back home we came. Shortly after returning, I attended a veteran spouse job fair that unexpectedly opened the door to my career in lending. I was initially recruited to become a real estate agent, but with my husband transitioning out of the military, a fully commission-based role wasn’t the right fit. Instead, I accepted a position assisting the loan officer in that office—and instantly connected with the mortgage side of the business. Over the years, I’ve grown from assistant to full-time loan officer, building a career centered on communication, education, and providing a smooth, stress-free experience for every client. My unique journey has given me a well-rounded understanding of the entire real estate process, and I’m passionate about guiding borrowers from contract to closing with clarity and confidence. Faith, family, and community are at the heart of everything I do. I’m a proud veteran spouse, mom to my sons Jackson and Rhett, and dog mom to our energetic German Shepherd, Trigger. When I’m not working, you can usually find me outside exploring with my kids or planning our next adventure.
