As a Native Carolinian, Mike Capps serves the mortgage needs of his clients from the Mountains to the Coast. Or, as the natives say from “Murphy to Manteo”! Mike leverages his year of experience and industry knowledge to provide his customers with loan solutions to best meet their needs. He takes pride in providing excellent customer service and guiding his clients through the loan process so that on closing day, you not only gained a new home but a friend. Mike is a native of Garner, NC and attended UNC-Chapel Hill, giving him deep roots in the RTP community. He currently resides in Chapel Hill with his wife, Gretchen, and their three children. Mike proudly supports both Educators and Veterans as his beautiful wife is a local Kindergarten Teacher and his father served in the Military.
