Anne Watson has been helping her clients realize their homeownership goals since 1995. Whether buying, building, renovating, or refinancing, she has the mortgage experience and in depth understanding of the local real estate market to effectively and expertly help her clients find the right loan to fit their needs. Anne loves participating in her community and is a four-time past president of the Triangle Mortgage Lenders Association and has served on its board for 26 years. She’s also very active in the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®, where she has proudly served on the Community Service Committee for 26 years, and a member of the Orange/Chatham Association of REALTORS®. She is currently serving on the BOD for the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties, and the Executive Committee for the Professional Women in Building Council (HBA). In her off time, Anne enjoys boating and being with her family, friends, and many pets. Anne is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication and advertising.
