Dave Brawn

Buying a home is a significant financial investment, typically one of the largest purchases most of us make in our lifetime.

Dave has more than 20 years experience in the Financial Services industry and has worked on all sides of the mortgage table, including as a Financial Manager at a law firm overseeing a multitude of Real Estate closings, as a Realtor in the local Savannah and surrounding area market, and, most recently, exclusively as a dedicated Mortgage Banker for the last 8 years.

He believes that the keys to his ongoing success are his diverse experience, expert knowledge of the mortgage industry, and the unwavering belief and commitment that the needs of the clients always come first.

Dave moved to the Coastal region from Ontario, Canada in 2010 and lives in Savannah with his amazing wife and their 2 rescue dogs, Byron and Irma.
