I've been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years, and I enjoy working, and serving others during the purchasing or refinancing process. I work to communicate and be responsive to my borrowers throughout the entire process, ensuring that I keep them as informed as possible throughout the entire buying/ refinancing journey. I specialize in government financing, FHA/ VA, USDA, but because of my experience and skill set, I'm equally as knowledgeable in Conventional and Jumbo financing as well. I have worked with down payment programs for both FHA, and Conventional loans. I graduated from Jacksonville State University in December 1981 with Major in Business Administration, and Minor in Sociology. I also served in the Alabama Army National Guards for 10 years and resigned as a Captain. My unit was 167 MMC (Management Material Company) - I was a Quartermaster Officer (Materials and supply). I am a member of several Realtor Associations in Atlanta.
