Lattice Hardwick began her mortgage career 20+ years ago. Her purpose started after she bought her first home. Finding a reliable source to provide simple mortgage assistance as a first-time homebuyer was very challenging. That became her motivation to help others understand their loan options, their loan numbers, and be active participants in their loan process. Lattice’s dedication, passion and authenticity for helping others is expressed in how diligently she works at simplifying the loan process and ensuring communication is priority at all times. Even though she walks every client from preapproval to the closing table, she is always looking for ways to improve her processes and create a great Experience! She joined Ameris Bank because of their shared values, integrity, and compassion for helping families achieve homeownership. She currently resides in the Metro Atlanta area, she lived in CA for 10 years, but was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She is extremely family oriented, shows appreciation for her life’s journey every day and is an avid meditator. Fun Fact: she loves singing and dancing (even though she can’t sing) all over the house whether music is playing out loud or in her mental playlist. Lattice genuinely puts her heart into helping each and every person no matter their background, financial status or future plans. Her goal is to get every client to the closing table and educate them on the way. It’s all about the ease and excitement because she cares.
