A President’s Club recipient for top mortgage production at Ameris Bank, Steve combines extensive industry knowledge with a client-first approach. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, clearly explain their options, and keep them informed throughout the mortgage process.

Over the course of his career, Steve has successfully guided clients through countless financing scenarios, from conventional and jumbo mortgages to complex condominium financing, government and Non-QM loans, construction-to-permanent financing, investor loans, medical professional programs, and portfolio lending. 

Much of Steve’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals, including past clients and professional partners who trust him enough to send their own friends and family his way. Steve values that trust and works hard to earn it with every transaction.
