When Elijah is not helping clients with their mortgage needs, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys on their small farm in the Florida panhandle. As a Florida native, he has spent a majority of his career focusing on lending in Florida and Alabama; however, he is able to lend in most states.

He carries an extensive knowledge in first-time homebuyer loans, VA loans, jumbo loans, condo loans, and construction loans; however, investment loans are his favorite challenge. Being an avid real estate investor himself, he has learned the ins and outs of investment lending and enjoys helping other seasoned and new investors alike.
