Wendy Moatz

Wendy grew up in a military family and lived in Florida, Rhode Island, California and Virginia before graduating high school in the Philippines. She traveled throughout the Far East and Europe before earning her bachelor’s degree from Albion College. Wendy began her career as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2006. She is one of 2 Loan Officers in Northeast Florida to receive the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award 11 times which is an award given for excellent service based on feedback from consumers, title companies and real estate agents.

Wendy has also been featured in Forbes, Fortune and Jacksonville Magazine as a market leader. She is proficient in conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, land loans and construction to perm loan products as well as second mortgages and home equity lines of credit.
